As a Moving Crew Associate at Bailey's Moving and Storage, you will be part of our team that delivers high-quality moving services. Your work will directly help families and businesses transition smoothly to their new locations. You’ll gain skills in logistics and customer service, all while staying active and on the move! This role offers a unique opportunity to work in various environments. You'll be working in customers' homes and/or workplaces. Enjoy the diversity and flexibility of different locations and schedules that are tailored to meet the dynamic needs of our operations and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient Packing and Loading: Securely pack, wrap, and load customers' belongings, ensuring their safe transport and delivery.
• Unloading and Setup: Assist in unloading belongings at the destination and help set up items as per the customer’s requirements.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly and attentive service, responding to customer requests and ensuring satisfaction with a personal touch.
• Safety and Quality Checks: Conduct thorough inspections and maintain the integrity of goods during all phases of the move.
• Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with team members to exceed customer expectations and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
