What you will do:

• Enter and manage customer orders accurately using the ERP system
• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Prepare quotes, samples, and order details while coordinating closely with internal teams
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment that meets customer expectations
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to drive customer success and uncover new opportunities
• Maintain well-organized and precise records across ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office platforms

What you will need to be successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s degree is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or technical setting
• Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for building strong relationships
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is advantageous
