Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of receiving, warehousing, and material control functions. This role plays a vital part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations for raw materials, facility materials, and other company-owned assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary functions to ship, receive, and properly stock all materials and products.
• Communicate effectively with the Production Floor Manager and Purchasing Manager to resolve inventory issues and ensure accurate data across departments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by counting materials, comparing physical inventories to system records, and investigating discrepancies.
• Ensure continuous product flow by managing warehouse materials and supplies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment to protect employee health and safety.
• Issue and track tools and equipment using manual or computerized systems.
• Prepare and maintain periodic or perpetual inventory records.
• Receive, unpack, store, and replenish tools and equipment as needed.
• Mark and identify tools and equipment using tags, stamps, or electronic marking tools.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 10 years of related warehouse experience.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and NetSuite.
