Your Key Responsibilities

You’ll provide vital support to the accounting team, handling:

• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Collections and follow‐ups on outstanding accounts
• Purchase order processing and maintaining project/sales folders
• Data entry, updates, and maintenance of financial information via Excel and accounting software
• Organizing and filing financial documentation accurately
• Administrative assistance to the accounting team as needed

• Relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related coursework
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience—or willingness—to work with accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
