Babysitter

I have three kiddos and would love to find a reliable, friendly, fun and outgoing babysitter. Our sitter of 8 years is having her first baby this month, so it is time we find a new one. We would like someone who understands child development and can appropriately interact and talk to 12, 9 and 7 years olds. We do not use technology often, so I would like someone who will engage with and play with the kiddos (board games, hide and seek, legos, drawing, painting etc) the more creative the better. We do also have 3 cats, they dont require anything :)
