Housekeeper Needed

Looking for a long term, weekly house keeper to help around the house, including general cleaning, laundry, chores... please note this is NOT just a house cleaning. We are willing to keep a consistent schedule but request a fixed hourly rate, not "per cleaning". We'd love to work with someone who is detail oriented and enjoy a long term working relationship.
