Summary:
The Shift Manager oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring quality service, food, and guest experiences meet LDC standards. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, inventory control, customer service, safety compliance, and maintaining communication across departments. The role also involves supporting staff during peak hours, handling guest issues, and ensuring the venue operates efficiently and cleanly.
Requirements:
Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have at least 2 years of relevant leadership experience, and possess basic knowledge of food and beverage operations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills are essential. Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and obtain both ServSafe Manager and Alcohol Certification within 30 days of hire.
