Patient Access Representative

Patient Access Representative – Night Shift (Hospital Admitting Experience Required)
Location: Vail, CO 81657
Rate: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | 4x10-hour shifts | 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients accurately in the system
• Verify insurance information and obtain required pre-authorizations
• Collect co-pays and explain financial responsibilities to patients
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
• Collaborate with clinical, billing, and administrative teams to support patient care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Hospital admitting experience is a must
• Prior experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
