Travel RN Case Manager | Mission Viejo, CA
We are seeking an experienced Travel RN Case Manager for an Acute Care Facility in California. This role requires a strong background in care coordination, discharge planning, and patient assessment within an acute care hospital setting. Candidates must have recent case management experience and prior travel experience.
Important: This position does not involve Utilization Review responsibilities.
Assignment Details
- Position: RN Case Manager
- Start Date: 07/13/2026
- Shift: Days, 5x8-Hour Shifts
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
- Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:25
- Floating Requirement: Must float to the Laguna facility as needed
- Block Scheduling: Not Available
Required QualificationsLicensure
- Active California RN License required
- BLS
- Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Care Case Management experience
- Recent Care Coordination experience required (within the last 3 months)
- Previous Travel Assignment experience required (Hard Stop)
- Epic EMR experience required (Hard Stop)
