Position HighlightsAs a Family Medicine Physician at Community Health Network, you will:
- Participate in a shared call schedule to ensure work-life balance.
- Engage in a Team-Based Care Model that fosters collaboration.
- Utilize a fully integrated EPIC EMR system for seamless patient management.
- Access full onsite lab services to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with a large group of specialists located nearby, including at Community Hospital South.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine.
- A valid medical license in Indiana or eligibility for licensure.
