Labor & Delivery RN \n\nOverview: Hospital Birth Centre follows the Labor/Delivery/Recovery/Postpartum (LDRP) model of care, collaborating closely with local family practice OB providers. Our team also provides postoperative care for GYN patients and offers TOLAC/VBAC services.\n\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum 1 year Med/Surg experience\n\n2 years Labor & Delivery experience required\n\nIA RN license or RN license from a compact state\n\nCertifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, CPI\n\nSchedule:\n\n72 hours per pay period\n\nPrimarily 12-hour night shifts\n\nEvery 3rd weekend and rotating holidays\n\nSchedule may vary based on departmental needs
