Locums – West Virginia CRNA Job – 45 Minutes from Wheeling

Position Details:

• Type of Provider Needed: CRNA

• Credentialing Timeframe: 30–60 days

• All certifications must be through AHA (BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS — no exceptions)

• Hours: Tuesday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

• Call: No call required

• Call Response Time: 20 minutes

• Supervision: None – Solo provider

• Type of Cases: Endoscopy, General, Orthopedic, Acute Pain Management

• Spinals/Blocks/Epidurals: Must be proficient in all

• Caselogs: Required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

• Providers Onsite: 1

• Number of ORs: 2

• EMR System: Epic
