Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at GSS MN Brainerd Bethany. This part-time role involves 8-hour day shifts and offers a unique opportunity to help clients recover, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver effective physical therapy programs.
• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations for clients affected by injury or disease.
• Utilize various tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions safely.
• Document client information accurately for evaluation and treatment planning.
• Educate clients and their families about treatment plans and self-exercises for home care.
• Incorporate age-appropriate treatments and evaluations tailored to individual needs.
• Stay updated with current research to enhance daily treatment practices.
• Participate in departmental activities to promote our mission and values.
• Supervise assistants, aides, and students in providing care and treatment.
• Provide ongoing education and training to peers in your areas of expertise.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required within the first 60 days of employment.
