Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at GSS MN Brainerd Bethany. This part-time role involves 8-hour day shifts and offers a unique opportunity to help clients recover, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life.
Your Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and deliver effective physical therapy programs.
- Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations for clients affected by injury or disease.
- Utilize various tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions safely.
- Document client information accurately for evaluation and treatment planning.
- Educate clients and their families about treatment plans and self-exercises for home care.
- Incorporate age-appropriate treatments and evaluations tailored to individual needs.
- Stay updated with current research to enhance daily treatment practices.
- Participate in departmental activities to promote our mission and values.
- Supervise assistants, aides, and students in providing care and treatment.
- Provide ongoing education and training to peers in your areas of expertise.
- Licensure: Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required within the first 60 days of employment.
