• Tues/Fri: Surgery
• • Job Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient
  • Credentialing: 60-90 days; emergency privileges available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC in Otolaryngology
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: WI license or IMLC accepted
