Job Title: Surgical Technologist – Robotic/Endoscopy

Location: Colorado

Schedule:

• Wednesday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (Guaranteed 24 hours/week)

• Optional: Tuesday included for candidates with Sterile Processing experience (Guaranteed 32 hours/week)

Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join their surgical team. This role is ideal for candidates with robotic, endoscopy, or sterile processing experience who want a predictable schedule with opportunities for increased hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and operating room staff during procedures.

• Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and operating areas.

• Support robotic and endoscopic surgeries.

• Ensure compliance with hospital safety, quality, and infection control standards.

• Collaborate with the surgical team to provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through CO

• Experience in robotic or endoscopy procedures preferred

• Sterile Processing experience is a plus for additional hours

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
