About this job
- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, 12-01-2025.
- Preferred Schedule: Monday to Friday 36 hours of patient care / ambulatory, Clinic coverage per week, 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Telehealth, Stroke Certified, Trauma Level 3, Surgery center privileges.
- Scope of Work: Patients Per Shift 15-18, Rounding assigned for patients, Beeper Avg Call, Call Response Time Required is 30 minutes, Phone Consults 5-6 per week, Call Ratio Q4 to Q5, Patients Seen 2-3, Call Back 10%, Call rotation every 4th or 5th week One full week at a time.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active State Indiana licenses, BC, BLS, Fellowship: Required.
- EMR: Cerner.
