Housekeeper Needed

Our home is a double wide modular. It is 1200 sf with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We have a front and a side porch which will be included in cleaning duties. We have 3 cats that spend most of their days outside. We need help with dishes, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and trash. Bathroom cleaning every few weeks. Bed sheets changed out weekly. A few loads of clothes. Possibility of a future larger cleaning involving closet. We are looking for someone who does not smoke, who is patient, punctual, and follows directions. Also, up to date on flu and Covid vaccine.
