About the Opportunity

Palomar Anesthesia Partners is seeking skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologists to join our established and collegial group covering Palomar Medical Center Escondido and Poway. This is a great opportunity to practice in a high-quality hospital setting with excellent surgical volume and flexible scheduling.

Position Highlights

• $300/hour for all onsite shifts
• Minimum 5-hour guarantee per shift
• Flexible scheduling: mix of weekday, weekend, and 24-hour shifts
• Cases extending past scheduled time reimbursed at the hourly rate
• Collaborative team with strong support staff and collegial environment

• High-acuity regional trauma and surgical center
• Variety of cases including general, trauma, ortho, neuro, GI, and OB
• Cardiac call available with additional stipend
