Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

  • Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

  • Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.

  • Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.

  • Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes.

  • Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.

  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.

  • Utilize data to assess and enhance patient care effectiveness.

  • Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

  • Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Current RN license and certification in BLS and ACLS.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

  • Experience in operating room settings and surgical procedures.

  • Ability to monitor and respond to patient vitals during surgery.

  • Strong knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.

  • Excellent collaboration skills with surgeons and medical staff.

  • Ability to engage in constructive feedback for personal improvement.

  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining patient records.

  • Willingness to support and train new staff members.

  • Proficiency in using data to enhance patient care effectiveness.
