Gastroenterology Locums Physician in Tennessee - 1-2 Weeks a Month

GI call assignment in Tennessee near Nashville with 7-day blocks and ERCP-focused inpatient work.

Highlights

• 1 to 2 weeks per month; you choose the blocks
• ERCP required (no EUS)
• All travel covered, including flights and hotel
• Open to IMLC physicians

Practice Setting

• Inpatient only across two hospitals (20 minutes apart)
• Level III trauma center with endo suite and OR access
• Supported by OR and endo nurses

Schedule

• 24 hour call, 7 am to 7 am, for 7 consecutive days
• Rounding, procedures, and urgent consults during the day
• Float between hospitals weekly (never in the same day)

Cases and Procedures

• Common GI procedures including ERCP
• GI bleeds, abdominal pain, food bolus, elevated liver enzymes
• No clinic, no EUS

Requirements

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Proficient in ERCP
• Active Tennessee license or IMLC LOQ
• BLS, ACLS, DEA required

Travel Accommodations

• Flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage all covered
• Nearest airport: Nashville International (BNA)
