Job Title: Contract Management Analyst II
Location: Hybrid - 3 Days On-Site / 2 Days Remote | Jersey City, NJ 07310
Work Schedule/Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm (EST) | Minimum 40 work hours per week.
Duration/Length of Assignment: 10 Month Contract to Hire *Must be able to convert to a full-time employee without sponsorship, restrictions, or an additional employer*
Position Overview:
This position supports a key initiative within the client’s Third Party Management Department, which governs and oversees intra-group affiliate contracts across the North American region. The role sits within the Internal Contract Management team responsible for ensuring all internal service agreements comply with regulatory standards and company policy while maintaining consistency and transparency in the contracting process. This team collaborates closely with various internal partners—including Legal, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and the Third Party Management Office—to enhance the quality, structure, and efficiency of internal contracting activities. The team operates in a collaborative and process-driven environment where each member plays an integral role in risk governance and framework evolution. The Analyst will serve as a coordination and execution point for affiliate-to-affiliate service agreements. The position involves managing contract templates, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation, maintaining records for audit purposes, and driving consistency across workflows. This individual will be expected to partner with business sponsors to understand service requirements, ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are accurately reflected, and support ongoing compliance reviews and remediation. The role also includes facilitating approvals, coordinating cross-regional alignment on best practices, and providing operational and reporting support to management.

Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience within a major corporation
- 4–6 years of direct experience in contract management or internal contracting (not procurement-focused)
- Experience managing standardized contract templates and documentation workflows
- Familiarity with third-party management programs, risk governance, or compliance frameworks
- Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and contract metrics tracking
- Experience working with business sponsors and internal stakeholders across functions such as Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk
- Ability to evaluate vendor or affiliate services, identify risks, and recommend appropriate mitigations
- Experience supporting reconciliation, remediation, and control activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Project)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage concurrent priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate coordination and documentation processes
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work effectively in multicultural environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative and autonomy
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Background in the financial services or banking industry
- Experience within Third Party Management, Risk, or Compliance functions
- Familiarity with performance reporting and process improvement initiatives
- Exposure to intra-group affiliate contracting or shared service governance
- Experience developing or automating compliance workflows or reporting tools
Day to Day/Responsibilities:
- Support the Third Party Management Program by coordinating the execution and lifecycle of intra-group affiliate contracts in accordance with corporate and regulatory frameworks
- Document and track all services exchanged between affiliated entities using standardized contract templates to ensure completeness and compliance with internal guidance
- Maintain organized documentation and audit trails for all contract-related activities, approvals, and revisions
- Collaborate with business sponsors to clarify service needs and ensure key deliverables and KPIs are accurately captured in agreements
- Liaise regularly with Legal, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and the Third Party Management Office to facilitate the review and approval process of contracts
- Manage electronic workflows for new and revised contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and stored in compliance with audit standards
- Oversee the editorial, review, and proofreading process to ensure clarity and accuracy of contract language
- Monitor team controls, conduct periodic reconciliations, and update internal logs (such as the IC Log) to track contract status and changes
- Coordinate with other regional teams to align practices, share learnings, and improve standardization across geographies
- Support regulatory remediation initiatives by preparing documentation, reports, and responses to internal audit or external regulatory examinations
- Assist with the development of PowerPoint presentations and other materials for internal reporting and management updates
- Participate in process improvement discussions and help identify opportunities for efficiency and accuracy within contract management workflows
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards while maintaining a high level of organization and accountability across all assigned tasks
