At Smalls Sliders we are simple on purpose, which means we’ve eliminated the need for a lengthy menu explanation and allow our front of house squad members to get right down to connecting with our guests, making them smile and slidin’ them thru to the perfect bite, or two of our cooked to order cheeseburger sliders.

As a Front of House / Back of House Squad Member, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests leave with a smile. Your role is pivotal to our promise of delivering an unexpected guest experience, which means a personable and genuine interaction from you!

On the move:

Get ready to get moving! This isn’t the role for someone who wants to sit all day. You’ll be making sliders, sweeping, teaching, engaging with our guest and team members, and helping in all aspects of the can. You may need to lift up to 25lbs. You’ll also help delivery trucks load or unload when needed. Keep in mind our can is a fast pace dynamic environment.

What you should have:

You are 16 years or older, you’re flexible to work any day of the week/weekend and you’re reliable. You have great organizational skills and enjoy communicating and leading others. You preferably have a high school diploma or GED.
