Director of Property Management

A dynamic, full-time Director of Property Management position is available at an exceptional Market-Rate Property Management Company headquartered in Green Bay. This person will oversee the day-to-day operations of a 3,000 units.

This position is in the Office. RELOCATION TO GREEN BAY IS INCLUDED IN THE COMPENSATION PACKAGE. RELOCATION NECESSARY

Responsibilities/Qualifications for this position include:

• Property Management Experience a Must.
• Coach and Lead several staff members
• Control expenses
• Build relationships with vendors/suppliers - management contracts
• Visit regional offices
• Evaluate leasing, maintenance, grounds, etc.
• Verify all regulations are in compliance
• Establish expectations for management, leasing and maintenance
• Excellent communication and organization skills are necessary.
