About the Opportunity
Join a thriving, physician-led practice where you’ll enjoy clinical autonomy, a supportive medical environment, and a healthy work-life balance—no nights or weekends required. Our Pullman clinic is growing quickly, supported by our established Moscow team, and we’re looking for an optometrist who wants to practice full-scope care in a modern, collegial setting.
What We Offer
- Compensation: Base salary of $130,000–$155,000 plus production incentives. We’ll tailor the mix between base and bonuses to your preference.
- Benefits: 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees, retirement plan with 3% match, malpractice and licensure (including AOA) covered, plus $2,500 CME allowance and 3 weeks paid time off.
- Extras: Student loan repayment and relocation or housing support available for the right candidate.
- Schedule: Flexible full-time or part-time options, including 2–3 day per week schedules ideal for Spokane or Coeur d’Alene commuters. Locum-to-perm candidates welcome; start as soon as October 27.
- Support: Modern diagnostic technology and additional tech staff as your patient panel grows.
Clinical Focus
Comprehensive primary care including ocular disease management, urgent care, specialty contact lenses, and surgical co-management—with freedom to develop areas of interest such as dry eye or myopia management.
About the Community
Pullman and Moscow are neighboring university towns—home to Washington State University and the University of Idaho—with Division I athletics, top-rated schools, and housing costs roughly 20–40% below major metro areas. Outdoor recreation is minutes away, and Spokane International Airport is just 90 minutes from both clinics.
Qualifications
OD degree with eligibility for Washington and Idaho licensure. New graduates and experienced ODs are welcome—we’ll assist with dual licensing.
