Penino and Moynihan is seeking to hire an Associate Attorney to join its growing New York practice group in its White Plains, New York Office. This is a full-time position with hybrid schedule flexibility.

Penino and Moynihan is seeking to hire an Associate Attorney to join its growing New York practice group in its White Plains, New York Office. This is a full-time position with hybrid schedule flexibility.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload under partner supervision;
- Drafting motions and status reports;
- Regularly handling court appearances and depositions.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school;
- Admitted to practice in New York; Connecticut admission is a plus;
- 1 plus year experience litigating insurance defense cases in New York State courts, including handling depositions;
- Strong organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000- $160,000 per year
