Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Rehab
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: La Grande, OR
Shift: Day Shift | Monday to Friday
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Eligible for Oregon PTA license
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Open to new graduates

- Deliver patient care under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing
- Support department operations and patient scheduling
- Participate in professional development and team collaboration
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met
