Travel Emergency Room RN needed for a 14-Week Assignment

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ER RN to join a respected healthcare facility in Norton, KS.

Details:

• 36 hours per week
• 14-week assignment
• 3x12 hour night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department and med-surg units

• Serve as charge nurse, overseeing staff assignments, workflow, and patient care coordination

• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, prioritizing patient safety

• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal outcomes

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Kansas (or compact state)

• BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS or TNCC preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of solid ER and med-surg experience

• Prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
