Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote services for K12 students in Virginia, including three private schools. This position also supports one classroom serving students with more significant needs. Services are delivered during regular school hours, with paraprofessional support available onsite to assist with sessions and carryover.

The district uses Virginia IEP Online, making collaboration and documentation straightforward and efficient. This is a fully virtual role where youll work closely with teachers, staff, and families to help students build their communication skills and meet their IEP goals.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to K12 students, including those in three private schools

  • Deliver targeted services to one severe needs classroom with onsite paraprofessional support

  • Conduct evaluations, develop reports, and participate in IEP planning and progress monitoring using Virginia IEP Online

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success

  • Attend IEP meetings and student support meetings virtually

  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with state, district, and federal requirements

What You Bring:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Virginia SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred but not required)

  • School-based experience strongly preferred, including with students who have significant needs

  • Familiarity with IEP development, accommodations, and progress reporting

  • Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and digital therapy tools

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace

What to Expect:
