Blazer Jobs is seeking a caring and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 support for a Pre-K student in a welcoming school district located in New Britain, Connecticut. This is a part-time, school-based roleperfect for an LPN seeking a consistent schedule and meaningful work in a supportive educational environment.

• Start Date: ASAP

• End Date: June 9, 2026

• Schedule: 12:00 PM 3:30 PM

• Days per Week: TBD

• Assignment: 1:1 support for a Pre-K student

• Provide 1:1 medical support for a Pre-K student during the school day

• Monitor the students health status and administer care as needed

• Follow medical plans developed by supervising RNs or physicians

• Assist with mobility, feeding, or personal care as required

• Maintain accurate and confidential health documentation

• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals

• Active LPN license in Connecticut (required)

• School-based experience required

• Experience with 1:1 pediatric care preferred

• Must complete district fingerprinting and background check prior to start

• Weekly direct deposit
