Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nursing to provide expert care to newborns requiring critical monitoring and treatment. This contract position allows for the use of advanced clinical skills in a fast-paced, challenging environment focused on neonatal health and recovery.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid RN license with specialized NICU certification or relevant neonatal nursing experience
  • Skilled in monitoring and managing critically ill newborns
  • Strong knowledge of neonatal resuscitation, ventilator management, and infant care protocols
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide bedside nursing care and continuously assess the condition of neonates in the NICU
  • Administer medications, operate medical equipment, and document patient progress
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Educate families on infant care techniques and conditions
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
