Job Description
Adecco is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Mechanic in Lyman, NE. This role starts at $18.00/hr. with overtime opportunities. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll handle a variety of facility and equipment maintenance tasks, including replacing light fixtures, performing safety-related repairs, and supporting preventive maintenance. You’ll assist with machinery setup, repairs, and rebuilds, fabricate parts using machine shop tools, and follow technical manuals and diagrams to conduct preventive maintenance. You’ll also respond to maintenance requests and ensure the overall upkeep of the facility.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable with physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and working at heights
Manual dexterity for handling tools and small parts
Strong visual, auditory, and color perception
Ability to communicate clearly and follow detailed instructions
Available Schedule:
1st shift - Monday – Thursday 6:00am-4:30PM (some overtime may be required)

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
