Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or compact state
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing setting
• Experience in Same Day Surgery, Detox, Bone Marrow Transplant, Mental Health, or IDD is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Med/Surg (Renal) environment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
