American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a Case Management position requiring Epic proficiency and a CA RN license.
Details- Hospital-based Case Management unit
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:30)
- Floating between facilities within the state is required based on need
- 2 weekends required every 6 weeks
- No on-call responsibilities
- Epic EMR used; experience required
- Free parking available on-site
- Local candidates are accepted
- Active CA RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of Case Management RN experience required
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- First-time travelers may be considered with clinical approval
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Travelers who refuse float assignments may be subject to termination of the assignment
- All RTO requests must be submitted upfront; requests made after submission or offer may be denied
