American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring an active OH or compact RN license and prior Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience.
Details- Work in the Cath Lab unit of a hospital setting
- Cardiac patient population undergoing diagnostic, interventional, and emergency Cath Lab procedures
- Possible role assignments include circulator, scrub, or monitor nurse
- May also be required to cover the holding area and/or EP Lab
- Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Experience with Xper (Wit) and Epic preferred
- Active OH RN license or active compact state license currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS
- Prior Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
- Responsible for caring for patients undergoing diagnostic, interventional, and emergency Cardiac Cath Lab procedures
- ECG rhythm recognition and Safe Medicate assessments must be completed during orientation with an acceptable passing score on both
- Travelers may not exceed 18 consecutive months at any Cleveland Clinic location, and must wait a minimum of 6 months before beginning another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location
