Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a top-tier global firm’s Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions practice group.

This is an opportunity to work on high-impact class action defense matters—including securities, data privacy, and consumer litigation—alongside some of the most experienced trial lawyers in the country. About the Role:
The associate will manage complex class action cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have experience running large-scale discovery, drafting persuasive motions, and coordinating strategy across multiple matters and jurisdictions.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 4 years of litigation experience, ideally from an Am Law 100 firm

• Experience defending class actions in areas such as securities, privacy, or consumer protection

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Prior federal clerkship experience preferred

• Excellent communication and project management abilities

• Admitted to practice in California or New York (depending on office location)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $310,000 – $390,000, depending on experience and market
