About the Opportunity

Global law firm, full lifecycle real estate practice.

Key Responsibilities

• 6–10 years commercial real estate experience
• Advising developers, investors, lenders, tenants on complex transactions
• Negotiating construction loans, term loans, leases, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures
• Land use, zoning, construction contracts, and dispute experience
• Additional Information: Counsel can progress to Senior Counsel; potential future Partnership track
