Salary Range: $260,000 – $420,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• 4–7 years employment law experience
• Experience in employment litigation, wage and hour matters, single-plaintiff/class action lawsuits
• Drafting summary judgment motions, settlement agreements, separation agreements, arbitration agreements
• Advising on employment law compliance, policies, handbooks, leaves, terminations
• WA bar admission required or eligible for waiver
