Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with 2+ years of experience and current ACLS/BLS for a contract in Arkansas.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital-based cardiac catheterization lab
- Responsibilities include interpreting cardiac rhythms, scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring procedures
- Adult cardiac patient population
- EMR used is MediTech; experience with MediTech is preferred
- Dress code requires hospital-provided scrubs
- Applicants within a 50-mile radius are not eligible for consideration
- Applicants within 90 miles of Batesville are not eligible for consideration; candidates between 90-150 miles may be reviewed but selection is not guaranteed
- No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
- Scrubs are provided by the hospital
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Cath Lab / EP Technologist
- Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications
- Licensed in Arkansas or compact license eligible (license required if applicable)
- Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and perform scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring duties
- Must provide references and skills checklist pertinent to specialty
