Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Winston Salem. We do lots of outdoor time and no screen time. Would love someone interested in helping her start to learn more. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, to take her to and from preschool. We have a black lab so someone who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified.
