• End Date: March 15, 2026
• Duration: 20-week nursing contract
• Shift: 12-hour nights (NOC); every other weekend required
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1950 - $2090

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license (required at time of application)
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry or Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) experience
• Experience with 12-hour night shifts and weekend rotations
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Submit all requested time off with your application

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for Intermediate Care Unit patients
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to clinical protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients with complex medical needs
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Educate patients and families on care plans, health management, and discharge instructions
