Delivery Driver / Event Setup Crew Member - Florida Tents and Events

Job Description:

We’re looking for a hardworking and dependable Delivery Driver / Event Crew Member to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help deliver, set up, and take down event rental equipment including tents, tables, chairs, and staging. You’ll work closely with other crew members to ensure every event is set up safely, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Safely load, deliver, and unload event rental equipment to customer sites

• Assist with setup and breakdown of tents, tables, chairs, and other event equipment

• Operate company trucks (pickup or box truck) safely and responsibly

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Inspect equipment for damage or cleanliness before and after use

• Maintain a clean, organized truck and warehouse area

• Work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and some holidays

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Previous experience in event setup, moving, or delivery preferred but not required (we’ll train the right person)

• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service

Pay Range:

$18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)
