What You’ll Do:
As a PAS Case Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate services across multiple home care programs, ensuring clients receive the care they need while supporting staff and maintaining compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising Personal Assistance Services (PAS) and Community Care Program staff
- Coordinating billing, scheduling, and staff communication
- Conducting supervisory visits and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Communicating with state and MCO caseworkers regarding client needs and service updates
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting staff training and development
- Assisting with budget planning, hiring efforts, and quality assurance
- Participating in case conferences, meetings, and in-services
- Traveling to client homes and community activities as needed
✅ What You Bring:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience or 2 years of college coursework
- PAS program management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of home care rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
