Stockroom Clerk – Manufacturing
Location: Pomona, CA
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays
Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour


Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to support inventory operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of manufactured and purchased parts, processing job orders, and ensuring timely and accurate updates in the Made2Manage (M2M) system. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory or shipping and receiving within a manufacturing setting.


Essential Job Duties

  • Maintain inventory for both manufactured and purchased parts using the M2M system
  • Receive, issue, and track parts; report any discrepancies to the supervisor
  • Process pick lists for job orders by pulling and ordering parts as needed
  • Route materials to appropriate departments to support production flow
  • Generate and review reports from M2M such as inventory movement and material availability
  • Order and maintain stock of shop supplies and manage stockroom inventory
  • Accurately record all inventory transactions in the M2M system


Additional Responsibilities

  • Process daily cycle count reports for Accounting
  • Assist the Customer Service Expeditor when needed
  • Provide backup support for the Shipping and Receiving department and company Driver
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of inventory or shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Word and Excel; M2M experience is a plus
  • Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure; experience with calipers is preferred
  • Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack following all safety protocols
  • Valid California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Availability for rotating Saturday shifts is required
