Surgical Services - Certified Surgical First Assistant - CSFA -
Unit Specifics:
Number of Beds: 330
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Unit staffing description: Surgical First Assist and ST
Type of equipment: Two Da Vinci Robots, endovascular suite
Documentation system: Sunrise (no documentation required for this position)
Procedures performed on unit: GYN, Urology, Spine, Ortho trauma, breast, C-Sections, robotics, vascular, and endovascular procedures.
Hospital Specifics-
Certifications: CSFA or CRNFA
Scheduling requirements: Option for 4 10hr shifts (0645-1715) or 3 12hr shifts (0645-1915)
Floating policy: Primary role First Assist; scrub tech role as needed
Patient Experience requirements: Polite and able to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Requested Skill Set: Assist with specialties such as GYN, Urology, Spine, Ortho trauma, breast, C-sections, robotics, vascular, and endovascular procedures.
Must have: New Hampshire Medical Tech License required for CSFA (not CRNFA), BLS
Advanced skills needed: CSFA or CRNFA
Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs are provided daily on site.
