Gymnastics Talent Scout

Identify and evaluate promising gymnastics athletes through school events, regional tournaments, and club competitions.
Develop a scouting network and maintain relationships with coaches, trainers, and athletic institutions to monitor potential candidates.
Assess athletes’ skills, performance history, and potential fit for competitive programs offered by the academy.
Collaborate with coaching staff to align recruitment criteria with the academy’s performance standards and goals.
Maintain and analyze records of athlete evaluations, including video footage, performance metrics, and scouting reports.
Organize and attend talent showcases, invitationals, and exhibitions to identify new athletes.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to the academy's management regarding athlete recruitment decisions.
Coordinate tryouts and facilitate athlete visits and interviews with academy staff.
Represent the academy at local and national sporting events to promote the brand and recruit elite talent.
Stay current with industry trends, youth training standards, and regional/national gymnastics rankings.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies regarding youth recruitment, safety, and ethics in sports.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to attend events and meet with athletes or families.
