Housekeeper Needed

Our home is 1200 sq ft, 3 bed, 2 bath with 2 adults and a friendly cat. We need help with an initial deep clean (8 hrs? Your estimate will be appreciated). I have the supplies and equipment but am open to you using your favorites. After the deep clean I'd like a general clean every 2 weeks (3 hours?) that will include resetting and some organization. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and will help us get our home back to a restful place to be again. To get to our home you can park in the drive or on the street.
