In 1930, Leroy “Van” Vandergrift opened the doors of Van’s Pig Stand with a vision that was as straightforward as it was lasting: serve hickory-smoked barbecue made with care, and treat every guest like family. Nearly a century later, Van’s Pig Stand is proud to be Oklahoma’s oldest barbecue restaurant, still built on that foundation of quality food, hospitality, and community. What We’re Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Crew Members to join our team. At Van’s, the word “Crew” includes many important roles, whether you’re working the register, greeting guests at the counter, preparing food in the kitchen, or supporting behind the scenes, you are an essential part of the Van’s experience. Every position works together to create the welcoming, high-quality atmosphere that has defined us for nearly a century.
Responsibilities may include:
Greeting guests with a smile and positive attitude.
Handling orders accurately at the counter, register, or over the phone.
Preparing and serving food with care and consistency.
Supporting fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
Stepping into different roles as needed to support the team.
