Market Development Manager – Lubricant Market Segment (Agriculture & Automotive)

The Market Segment Manager (Agriculture & Automotive) is responsible for developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans to drive growth within a defined customer or lubricant market segment (e.g., Heavy Duty, Truck Fleets, Off-Highway Construction, Mining, or Rail). This role will lead the development of segment strategies, identify target customers, build value propositions, and partner with sales and marketing teams to deliver measurable results.

Pay Range: $90-110K annually (depending on experience)
