X-Ray Technologist Nights

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Ottawa, IL

Shift: 3x12-hour nights

Assignment Type: Travel/Contract

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist with experience in general radiology to join a fast-paced facility in Ottawa, IL. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience performing routine diagnostic procedures and is comfortable providing patient care to a diverse population.

Basic Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology

• Licensed with IEMA

• ARRT (R) registry eligible; must complete ARRT registry within 6 months of hire

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, nurses, physicians, and other medical personnel

• Knowledge of growth and development principles and ability to provide age-appropriate patient care

• Analytical skills to produce high-quality diagnostic images tailored to individual patient needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with routine diagnostic procedures in General Radiology

• Experience in customer service or patient experience settings
