We're looking for Cleaning Technicians that will dispatch from their own homes and come to the office in Thurmont just once a week (and is paid for, just like any other job!)

Responsibilities will include:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Ensure sanitation standards are met in all areas, including kitchens and bathrooms.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 21+ years or older
• Own a personal vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Valid auto liability insurance
• Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type
• Background check
• Drug screening
• Speaks English
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Reads English
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: weekdays
• Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the cleaning & maintenance services industry
• Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs
